Actual delivery times may vary depending on the method of posting, carrier, etc. If you would like to ask the creator a question regarding the delivery of a specific item, please do so using the special instructions facility when you order. If you require an item sooner than the delivery time stated, contact us and we will contact the creator to see if anything can be done to deliver any earlier. If you haven’t received your item a few days after it is due, please contact us and we will talk to the creator to check the status of your order.
In the rare event of an order not being delivered, not being as expected, or arriving damaged, please contact us and we will talk to the creator to try and rectify any issues. Where applicable, we will request a refund, or exchange, for you from the creator.
